Don't EVEN consider going to this facility if you require an open sided MRI because of claustrophobia - the front office people are great but there is a true ogre lurking in the back waiting for you. This person has NO concept of what claustrophobia is and has no patience with anyone suffering from it. This person was rude, loud, impatient - I ended up walking out because I do not deserve to be treated that way - will NEVER go back there, there are too many other facilities to choose from to put up with that garbage.
