Be VERY cautious dealing with this business. While I have no clue what their pest control is like, I know their marketing ploys are sneaky, underhanded, embarrassing and completely inappropriate.

Imagine my horror when (having never used the company) two years in a row I collect my mail from my neighbor who kindly offered to pick it up for us while we were out of town only to discover one year an envelope and the second year a post card with the words "OVERDUE NOTICE!" in big bright letters across it the front. I was mortified and, of course, checked this item immediately, only to find that a company we've never used is sending an "overdue notice" to inform us they should spray our house for bugs! Too bad it would be equally as inappropriate for me to go tell my neighbor that this wasn't a bill collector, or that I'd actually done anything wrong---but that it was some lame, sneaky advertising ploy.

Bad, bad idea. If this is how they treat customers before they even BECOME customers, imagine what they must be like to deal with in person!
