As of 3-2-16 this owner Robert Parker is not licensed to perform or advertise to do plumbing in the state of Michigan. If his company performs any plumbing work at your home you should call Lansing 517-241-9330. They want your complaint in writing so they can prosecute him. Also be aware he has no physical address anywhere. The one he is listing on here and in other places are all just random houses. Some are even old address he uses after he moves out. Again, Lansing is waiting for your complaint.

Shady character, was late and instead of calling and saying "sorry, I'm running late" he claimed he yelled a different time on the phone right before I hung up… this was of course after he said bye, because that is when I hung up. He failed to disclose fee options. He spent very little time diagnosing the issue. I got a second option and what he wanted to do wasn't even the problem

80 year old houses are nice until the 80 year old pipes freeze and break at midnight. I got the water turned off started searching for a plumber. I have had to different plumbers do work here since we moved in and I while I felt okay about the work I never felt great about it so I wanted to try someone else. The positive reviews here were enough for me and I called them the next morning. Since the water was off and it wasn't an emergency anymore they didn't have to hurry but made it here by about 2:30 anyway and were done before 5.I also found the price to be very reasonable. I had a similar problem fixed last year for at least $30 more and they didn't do as much as Parker Brothers.

Very unprofessional and rude. I had a gas leak in my basement and they charged me $445 dollars to fix an elbow joint on the main line. He also did not clean up any of the mess he made with all of the dry wall from the ceiling. I also asked about six months later for an additional copy of my receipt and it they never emailed or called me back. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with these jerks.

Very unprofessional. They had no sign on their old minivan. The plumber didn't clean up the mess in my laundry room when he was done. He charged me $185 for 30 minutes of unclogging my drain on the first floor. I asked why it was so expensive and he said if there is ever in issue he would come back and take care of it. That was on 9/12/2012 and yesterday 10/11/2012 it started spewing up black muck again from running my washing machine. I called them today and Parker Brothers told me that I will have to pay the $185 again and they will come back and fix it.
