I am a new homebuyer and was referred to Rich to assist with finding a mortgage. Rich was very helpful and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Being new to homebuying, there were many things that I did not understand. Rich took the time to explain things to me so I could get through this process effectively. I refinanced on my home last year and Richard Stauss the owner of United Home mortgage was more helpful than any person I have ever worked with. He helped me get a very low refinance even though my credit was questionable and made sure he kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I had no concerns getting my refinance because I knew that this guy was doing everything he could and never dropped the ball. Thanks Richard!William
