THESE PEOPLE ARE OPPRESSORS. HAVING GAINED THEIR WEALTH ON THE BACKS OF THE POOR AND CLAIMING TO BE A COMPANY WHO IS WORKING FOR YOU, WHEN IN ACTUALITY THEY SEEK ONLY INCREASING THEIR BOTTOM LINE. LIKE THE SECOND RATE CAR DEALERSHIPS DO, THEY PLACE TRACKING/SHUTOFF DEVICES IN THE AUTOMOBILES SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. MY CAR SHUT OFF ON ME WHILE ON THE ON RAMP TO THE INTERSTATE AFTER THEY INSTALLED A FAULTY TRACKING/SHUTOFF DEVICE IN MY CAR AND THIS COMPANY HAD NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY. ITS A MATTER OF SAFETY THAT THIS COMPANY DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT FOR THERE CUSTOMERS. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH AN OPPRESSIVE COMPANY!!!

Went out in the snow today looking for a SUV for my wife. Jason came right out found out our needs and pointed us to a beautiful fully loaded Ford Edge. The man picked a winner and I looked no further. The in house financing was quick and the price great. Walked up a customer and 2 hours later drove off a friend. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Every question was answered before I even remembered to ask. Go see the great friendly staff at Courtesy Auto Sales you WILL be glad you did. While on vacation in Virginia Beach our Jeep needed a new water pump and family members highly recommended Courtesy Auto Service for the repair. The service manager was wonderful and our car repair was completed within just a couple of hours at a very reasonable cost. Very pleased with the customer service and quick, affordable repair.

Nice clean shop, courteous employees. Most of all did'nt try to sell me everything. I brought my vehicle in for brake noise and was told I needed a fuel service performed. Service guy told me brakes did need replaced and that they could save the rotors but they would have to be turned. As far as the fuel service they told me that it was not needed. I felt they treated me like they knew me for a long time.I recommend highly,and the price was reasonable.
