I took my antique clock to them; was told it would take approx. 3 weeks to fix. They kept if for over 3 months, coming up with numerous excuses as to why it wasn't done. Then, it didn't work properly when I did finally get it. As if that weren't bad enough, the chime in my clock (circa 1865) had obviously been exchanged for another one, since the original chime was much louder, clearer than the one they put in. In addition, I have contacted another reputable clock repair shop; they told me they fix a lot of botched jobs from Clocks Ltd. They also stated that the repairs done to my clock should not have cost more than $50 - $75 at the most.Stay away from Clocks Ltd!
