I wouldn't even give this company 1 star, but I had to for my BIG complaint to go through. The owner who will remain nameless is nothing but a pushy lying old man who thinks he can suck you in with his "right" price. I have never been on the phone with any person of any company for more than 15min tops to schedule a free estimate appointment. This guy kept me on the phone for more than 30min & kept telling me I should buy the life alert in case anything happens to me, tells me he can't swallow pills, & tells me about his other personal issues. I am not his friend. I would've been his customer.



The appointment was for 11am the next day. I get a phone call from him telling me he forgot about coming & asked if he could come around 12. To make this a long story short, this guy couldn't understand my directions & kept asking me if I lived in my town long all because he couldn't follow simple directions. Kept telling me he spent $3800.00 on a GPS & doesn't know how to use it. After another 30min I ran out of patience & told him I'm no longer interested & hung up. About 15min later my dogs start barking, I go outside & I see this old man & our mailman. The old man is the one I lost patience with over the phone. He actually bugged the mailman to lead him to my home.



I allowed him to give me the estimate since he was there & he gives me what I thought was a strange price considering I'm not only having siding plus new gutters installed to my home, but to my garage as well. I told him I'd get back to him after I see what the other companies estimates come out to. He opens his trunk & hands me the siding colors. I repeated that I'm not having his company do my home yet as I'm getting more estimates. He asks me who are they & they won't give me the price he gave me & they won't use the best materials. I told him I couldn't remember who they were. I knew, but it was none of his business. I already decided when I hung up on him that I had no intentions of going with his business. He left after trying hard to get me to commit.



Another 30min or so goes by & my dogs are barking again. OMG it's him again, but I didn't open the door. Not long after I get a phone call & dumb me didn't recognize the number as being his. He now tells me that I have until this Sunday 9/2 to make up my mind for the bargain price he gave me. Said the vinyl, pvc, & whatever else materials could go up in price.



If you're looking for work to be done on your home, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!

This man will do everything in his power to suck you in like a vacuum! This man after telling me lies about his age who claims he's really 79 should retire & let someone else do his dirty work.



Thank you for your patience in reading everything I wrote here, Yes I could've made it shorter, but then you wouldn't know most of the BS I went through with this man.
