HORRIBLE SERVICE

The employees are completely rude and you have to hunt them down for help. My sister brought in a tile (she couldn't remember where she bought it) and the lady turned her nose up and said, WE do not sell THAT here." SNOBS. Ummm.....you work in a "tile store"...what's there to be snotty about??? lol
