Buyer Beware! I have been a member with my family for two years. It has taken me 5 months to get the membership canceled after my child was injured. evidently cancelations must be done in person although this was not made clear in the rare event of an e-mail response. I had to get the automatic withdrawal canceled through the dispute department of my credit card company. Really are they that desparate for the money??

I wasn't impressed over at Best Fitness. The gym has nice equipment and it's clean, but I was told it only gets busy at night....they lied :( . I guess you get what you pay for...which is waiting and WAITING for a machine to free up.
