Vermillion backs up their work! When we were out of the country last year they worked with us from afar to take care of a problem. Today we suddenly had no water, but they came by in the evening evaluated and got us up in running! Thanks Vermillion!

I can't say enough about Vermillion. July 4th of 2013 my pump quit working. I called EVERY pump service company near me and NO ONE answered the phone. I called Vermillilon and spoke with Alex. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked me through making the repairs myself. Switch two wires on the pressure switch and like magic my pump was working. Since my tank is underground, by the time I got my ladder in the wellhouse and my tools together this entire event took over 30 minutes. No charge! Again, on a Sunday in Feb. of 2015 my pump quit again. I called Vermillion (obvioulsy) and this time I spoke to Jared. Can you believe it, he also diagnosed my problem over the phone. He said he could come out and put in a new pressure switch (the old one final wore out) which would incure a slightly higher fee because it was a weekend, or I could purchase one myself at the local hardware store and he'd guide me through the installation. Can't be any more impressed than that. I got my new pressure switch in and water was once again flowing. Now the latest...again, on a weekend I found that my pump was not maintaining pressure and the pump was running every 2 minutes. No wonder my electric bill was so high the last few months. Once again I called Vermillion and the responded immediately. Either a bad check valve or leaking pipe. Jared came out, pulled the pump and yep...the check valve was shot. The pump and metal pipes were 23 years old and it showed. I decided to have everything replaced since it was all out. Now I have a complete new well system and couldn't be happier with the repeat and outstanding service by Vermillion. Timely, professional, courteous, and fair priced. As a business owner myself I was extremely impressed with every aspect of Vermillion and will always recommend them. Not sure about the poor review from Bob Smith and would likely agree that it's from a competitor. Thanks again Vermillion!

Needed a well tested to close a real estate deal. I found Alex and Jared to be helpful, polite and professional. They answered all my questions, took numerous calls and answered emails promptly. They were able to test the well for me with a crazy deadline; they came through and got it done. For years I've had my well needs taken care of from a local from my community, the last few years I was taken advantage of over charged and lied to. My equipment which he installed was broken and eventually I took him to court. After his service I called On Vermillion to come and fix the damage cause by the other company. Alex came to my home and looked at the situation which was wrong on every level there was not even a permit pulled for the work the previous company had done. Alex was very upfront with me about what we needed to do to fix all the problems. He stayed true to his estimate and got the work done quickly. He even went to court with me and truthfully testified on my behalf. I think this is why Alex got the bad review from "Bob Smith". I would like to thank Alex for being honest and helping me with a horrible situation. This is a great company that I would highly recommend. I have used vermillion pump and drilling on many occasions. The owner himself, Alex and his crew have operated with the utmost urgency and professionalism. I have used vermillion for over eight years and I am very pleased with their performance as well as pricing. I am employed in hardware retail and have referred vermillion in dozens of cases to my customers who have all come back to me with excellent feedback ranging from over the phone diagnostics, well drilling, repair and all scopes of work in their field. Vermillion Water Systems dug our well over 12 years ago after our old well went dry. Alex and his crew were very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Since that time whenever we have called on him he has come to our home- always on the same day and usually within 2 hours to diagnose the problem. This winter, when it was so cold he came out right away when the pipes froze. He fixed the problem, insulated the pump house and recommended a heater for the area during the frigid weather. With the heavy rains this spring we had a problem with the sump pump in the well house. Again- fixed within an hour of the call and not even charged. Today (Saturday) we had no water in our house. Called Alex- he said he could be here within 2 hours- was here in an hour. We were afraid that we might need a new pump since the system is getting old, but Alex showed us the old pressure switch which was corroded and stopped working. No new pump necessary. Yay! What I'm saying is that Alex is all about service . The poor review by "Bob Smith" is a crock- a competitor who has it in for Alex. Horrible unprofessional Service They charged me way too much. After Several bids, i had this company provide services and then after words the bill was twice as much. i definately would never use this company. shady owners!!!!!
