Pay for delivery they take to local post office 4 miles away from home.

Delivered an empty car part box that was 5 feet tall. The tape had been cut and parts stolen. Ups tried to get the part company to replace the part and will not give me any info. They say its between ups and the part company. Meanwhile i am out of $550 in car parts. I guess a 5 foot box of air that was open didnt send up a red flag for the driver.....

UPS is terrible I have had to pickup my package 6 times now because they can't find my house which is in downtown Chattanooga.

Snowed 3 days ago. Roads are completely clear and the temperature is 55 degrees outside. I drove to work the next day after it snowed in a mustang with no problems. This sorry excuse of a delivery service keeps delaying my package. THEY AREN'T EVEN TRYING!!! My package was suppose to be delivered on Jan 28. Its Jan 31. UPS is the worst. Even the USPS is delivering mail.
