Our Burial Services: We offer a full range of services, from a full traditional funeral with viewing, visitation and funeral ceremony (in the place of your choice: our chapel, your church, or graveside), to an immediate burial (with no viewing, visitation or ceremony). Our Cremation Services: Having a "Celebration of Life Service" with cremation is an alternative to having an earth burial or above ground mausoleum burial. A cremation service *does not* exclude the family from being able to have a private family and friends gathering. It could be a two hour gathering, or as much as an entire evening for the family and friends to be together and honor the life of your loved one. You can also have a meaningful service with a casket viewing, located at either our chapel, a church or location of your choice. Many families choose to rent a casket for their service or public gathering and then afterwards their loved one is taken to the crematory instead of being buried. After cremation, the urn that you select will be given to you. You may take it home with you to keep, scatter as you wish at a memorable location, or your urn can be buried in a family plot, where a marker can be placed. This provides a focal point for future occasions where families can gather, just as with an earth burial. Embalming & Other Preparation Services: Preparing someone for burial or cremation is done by the medical procedures known as embalming and other professional care. While not required by law except in a few cases, embalming is a practical necessity when there is to be a public viewing or sometimes when burial or cremation will be delayed.
