I, Edouard Mariani and my wife Sonia Mariani are long time patients at Physicians Care located at 4490 Hixson Pike, Hixson, Tennessee 37343, would like to thank all the physicians including the entire staff and their Office manager Mrs Jennifer Davis for all the dedication and special attention given to us during our medical visits to their medical center to the point where we were feeling at home between our relatives . We will never ever forget and keep them in our mind and prayers for their excellent treatments and delicacy provided to us ever since. Front desk people were thorough and made sure communication was correct. Nursing staff was friendly and professional makeing me feel comfortable. Doctor was very observant and did the job correctly without question.

As someone who was new to the area and without a primary physician, I went to Physician's Care due to finding some poison ivy. The doctor was thorough, kind, professional and someone who listened to what I had to say. I very much appreciate those things in a physician and the office was clean and we'll maintained with a polite staff. I would recommend this group to my friends or family.

The staff is always nice and attentive when I have to come in. Which during this season is frequently.

While the wait times can be a bit lengthy when busy, for the cost of service, the care received, and hours available, Physicians Care provides a much appreciated service to our area! The Doctors & Nurses are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and provide quality care my family has utilized many times over the 17 years we have been here. Grateful to have them available!

Clerical staff was friendly and helpful, the nursing staff was professional and did a thorough job setting me up for the Dr visit. He made his diagnosis, and I was on my way. Overall great job.

Dr. Gartman was absolutely wonderful! His staff was friendly and polite, and everyone answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and at home. I used the online check-in, and I didn't even have to wait very long! Maybe 20 minutes, tops! I really recommend online check-in to avoid long wait times.

They staff did the best they could until a second Dr made it. Overall not a bad experience. I would recommend them.

The overall experience was great and the staff are very professional. It took less than 40 minutes from the time I checked in until I was leaving the office.

Good, clear website and really like using ZIPPASS to set and appointment. Was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Staff at the desk was kind, efficient, clear and helpful. Staff in the clinic were professional, courteous, proficient, sympathetic. It was a comforting, helpful visit.

It was my first visit. I appreciated all the help and the friendly staff! Now my pcp is at physicians care!!

Took my husband there after he fell off ladder. They were great all around. Could not have asked for better service.

I was fine the staff and dr. The only problem I had was the 21/2 + hrs wait. I came at lunch and the was a long waite then, came back at 3:30ish and still waited.

I have worked in an urgent care center in the past and I found Physicians Care to be a well run, efficient and caring organization.

Physician's Care is a wonderful, friendly, Caring, Clean Facility. They helped me in my time of need in fact the same day that I visited there I changed my primary care doctor to Physician's Care. I definitely will recommend this place in fact I have already told my family about Physicians Care and they are thinking about switching their primary care doctor now.

The staff was courteous and helpful. I needed an X-ray which they were able to handle on site since they have a tech and the equipment. I would recommend.

If you need blood drawn....this is the place to go. That gal is great!!!! The NP I had was excellent too! They lost a star because of the person who called back with test results.

Pretty good overall experience. The staff was friendly and the doctor I saw was good. I will definitely go back again.
