Provided by SuperpagesDo not use this place!!! They broke my wife's wedding ring and are refusing to repair or replace her ring of equal quality!!! I am now filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau. The manager of the store even said she thought it was ridiculous that we thought they should replace the ring. All I want is the ring I bought for my wife fixed or replaced with an identical piece. Kay Jewelers thinks this is asking to much even though they are the ones who broke the diamond.
