The experience itself was good. The ladies working were very friendly and gave detailed instructions which were followed. They said not wash for 12 hours. Most of the tan was good but there were spots that looked dirty and spots and creases that were still pale. Hands and feet are so stained and gross looking and have not improved after multiple washings. Then when I called to talk with them about the issues, the lady who answered said the technician we'd used was busy and acted incredulous and clueless as to how we were having these issues. She gave me a phone number to send pictures to (which I did, with no response) and was otherwise completely unhelpful. I have tried self tanners and booth sprayers in the past and from my experience both are not only a lot less expensive, but better. We went to a technician because we were hoping for more attention to detail and knowledgable application. I seriously think the teenagers at chain tan companies know more about spray tans than the women who work here, because at least they tell you to put a protective barrier on your hands and feet. It was a very frustrating experience, but I am glad we tried it ahead of time and not for a prom or wedding.
