Best customer service. Ever.

I had forgotten to pack my contact lenses for my road-trip to Bonnaroo (woohoo!) & was in desperate need of new ones. I popped into Eyear Optical on a whim & was immediately greeted with a smile by all staff on site. They took down my information, gave me an eye exam & set me off with a new pair of contacts...all in under an hour.

The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgable & informative. I wish I could find an opticians office like this in VA.

Recently, I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. My mom's glasses were broke and they refused to look at them without a new prescription. Ironically, the Hixson location of Eyear Optical fixed them for free. It doesn't take much effort to keep your customers! From now on, I'm driving to Hixson.

Hands down... the best eye doctor I've ever been to. Dr. Wally took his time and made sure I had exactly what I need! Good prices as well
