I was referred to Dr. Fahmy by Carolyn Cody because my regular vet is just too expensive. After taking both of my cats to Devonshire Animal Hospital and dealing with Dr. Fahmy, I’ve happily decided that he is my new vet for sure! It is so refreshing not to get raked over the coals when it comes to a vet bill. Dr Fahmy’s prices are the most reasonable I’ve ever seen and he didn’t jump to suggesting running every test under the sun like a lot of vets do.
If anyone is looking for a great vet with the most reasonable prices, please try Dr Fahmy at Devonshire Animal Hospital!! You won’t regret it!!!

I love Dr. Fahmy and his staff! I had to put my sweet baby girl Lola down last year and they were so comforting. It was a very difficult decision. They cared for Lola once before when she got attacked by a big dog and they did an awesome job. Affordable prices and you know your pets are in good hands. : )

Do NOT let the location fool you.... This is NOT like the giant place up the street... So much better... Dr Fahmy and the receptionist (Leslie) are the best. They had taken care of our three "fur-children" with true caring and understanding. When we took Griselda in with digestive problems he explained that a Schnauzer has a very sensitive digestive system. No medications were prescribed...only suggestions of foods she could eat....none are prescription.... I wish we still lived in the area. we would be using his practice now.... Do your Fur-Children a favor and take them here.... They Really do care.

A wonderful and caring vet. My 11 year old dog collapsed with a stroke at 6AM while taking our morning walk. I was desperate to get him some help. I phoned Devonshire Animal Hospital and the vet actually answered the phone so early in the morning. He opened up the clinic for me and confirmed Eddy suffered a stroke. Under his guidance I assisted him in emergency treatment as we were the only two people there at that time of day. He gave his all trying to save my dog's life even though I knew Eddy would probably pass away. I was by the vet's side all the time and watched his extroadinary efforts to save Eddy with obvious skill and medication while at the same time comforting me with kind words. This is a very caring Vet that has my confidence and respect.

THIS HOSPITAL HAS HELPED MY CAT. SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH KIDNEY DISEASE AT AGE 15. I WAS ADVISED BY THE DOCTOR TO PUT MY CAT ON SUB-Q FLUIDS AND K/D FOOD. MY CAT BEGAN HAVING WORSENING SYMPTOMS OF HER KIDNEY DISEASE, AND WAS CONSTIPATED. I THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO DIE, BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT EATING OR DRINKING AND LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT. I TOOK HER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL, WHERE THEY TOLD ME SHE NEEDED TO BE HOSPITALIZED FOR A FEW DAYS AND MIGHT NOT MAKE IT, BUT IT WOULD COST ME AROUND 500.00 OR MORE. WELL I THEN TOOK HER BACK TO DEVONSHIRE ANIMAL HOSPITAL, WHERE THE VET GAVE ME LACTOSE MEDICATION AND USE ALOT OF LAXATONE (HAIRBALL MEDICINE) TO GET THE FECES OUT. SHE IS NOW DOING BETTER AFTER TWO OR THREE DAYS WITH HER MEDICATIONS. DR. FAHMY IS THE BEST VET AND HAS REASONABLE PRICES. HE REALLY DOES NOT GIVE UP HOPE IN YOUR ANIMALS. HE IS VERY PATIENT, KIND AND UNDERSTANDING WITH YOUR NEEDS.





NO WONDER WHY YOUR ALWAYS PACKED WITH PEOPLE.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY PETS HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICES. THEY NEVER TRY TO JUST TAKE MY MONEY. THEY REALLY CARE FOR THE ANIMALS. THE VETENARIAN IS GREAT, AND SO IS THE RECEPTIONIST.

Dishonest, crook. Will misdiagnose and overmedicate just to charge you for services. We took several healthy dogs over the time to this vet and all were diagnosed as having allergies, required shots and a medications. Will try to solicit other services ( training, grooming, etc). Do your animal a favor: find him an honest vet!
