Anthony is great. Their auto body work was fantastic. If you need auto body work you will want to call them.

I don't know why the people below rated it 5 stars, but I will definitely give it a 0 if there were this choice.



Worst service ever. I have personally been there 4 times because they never call me back or send me quotes via any method, and I wasted 5 days on waiting for their so-called call-back service, or the call-you-to-come-back-by-yourself service.



Anthony, the manager of the office, always tried to overrun the price on everything!! 400% more on wheel painting work than my friend's shop, not to mention the rest of services it provide. Well, if you are rich or don't know how to spend your money, Premo would be the best choice for you :)

I am curious how people would think of cost of a 4-wheel-painting work. He asked for $350 for one wheel while my friend said $350 is enough to do all four! As I assume that for a good shop good price = good service, so for Premo it is extreme price = good service?



The most ridiculous thing is that in an attempt to push me to buy his mechanical service on changing exhaust system, Anthony claimed that it would give a boost of 70 hps on my car. So…..I asked my engineer friend graduated from U of Illinois (Champaign), and he suggested that at most there would be a boost of 20 hps on my 240 hp car if I change the airintake and exhaust system……not to mention the parts of my friend’s car were used to fix another car in Premo……



I will left the rest for you to think, is it good to choose Premo or no….

I am a 40-year veteran of auto repairs; and I'm here to declare that my experiences with Premo were horrible. In good faith, I had to make a few attempts to be certain that my assessment was incorrect; but I was spot-on!



They are exceedingly dishonest. They undercut supplies and commensurate quality. If the owner, George, would only muster the courage to fire his son, Anthony,--who runs the office--they would stand a chance at improving their reputation because he is a veritable sleaze bag.

Excellent prompt service, staff is courteous and friendly, and the repairs were much less than3 other repair shops my Insurance Company recommended on their approved list. The other shops told me it would take 7-10 days to complete the job, but it only took Premo Auto body 4 days, and all work made my 2002 Toyota Camry with over 150,000 miles look like new. I am a field sales rep driving 35K to 40 K miles/yr

and I cannot afford wasted time without my automobile in use. I want to thank Anthony

Vayo and his staff for there excellent work!!

I just picked my car up from Premo auto and my car looks better than before! First and foremost I'm not the type to write a vehicle review! But this is truly a place I would refer and recommend to everyone everywhere too use everytime! Service, Quality ,quick to the point ,very knowledgeable staff also very friendly and let me view my car whenever I liked unlike most shops they had nothing to hide! THX again I am tickled pink!

I Was told about premo by my boyfriend who has used premo before! what an awesome shop from top to bottom they are really really good! the work came out flawless! My boyfriend told me about premo I plan on telling whoever I can! go PREMO ! THEY R TRUELY THE BEST IN THE AREA AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THIS!

I just picked my car up from Premo! AWESOME JOB GUYS AND GIRLS MY CAR LOOKS LIKE NEW AND IM VERY VERY HAPPY! THE BEST SHOP IN CHARLOTTESVILLE! PERIOD

Had been told this shop was the new shop to go to in town. I dont think I share the same opinion! Shop is located in a bad part of town or at least to me it scared me. I walked in for an estimate and was met by a young lady who was nice, but told me there was nobody there to do an estimate and wanted me to come back later in the afternoon. Well I never came back so I dont have any opinion on the type of work they do. Shop does not get a grade.
