Peacock is the most honest auto shop I've ever encountered. I went in with a unknown engine problem. I dealt personally with the shop owner who immediately gave me his take on the situation, which turned out to be spot on. He was completely open about what factors into their prices (which were very reasonable). After doing work on the car for several hours, he only charged me for a single hour of labor and told me to call him as a resource if I ever ran into problems in the future as well as in my dealing with other mechanics (to evaluate if they were trying to rip me off). I walked away from the experience with a working vehicle, more knowledge about my car, and a fuller wallet than I could have expected.
