WOW, way better than I expected

I was totally dreading the Animal ER, but they were great! Great enough for me to remember to go online and write them a review... that is a lot for me.

Really Great place if you need them!

Super sweet staff, very caring and easy to work with. Gave us all prices up front and worked with out budget.

Not sure I want a puppy from a person that writes that last review....

Why would you want an emergency c-section if the dog didn't need it, and where can you get a c-section for $500 during the day let alone on a weekend night? I was at Greenbrier for my vomiting dog and they were awesome and reasonably priced.

Does not know anything about canine pregnancy

Contacted them to inquire about having a c-section done on a bullmastiff with 1 puppy. They told me they prefer to let the dog have puppies naturally, and if they had to do a c section it would be $3000-$4000. What a joke. This is a $500 surgery. I've paid as much as $1500 in a emergency situation on a Sunday. Over priced! And obviously they are not experienced enough, I wouldnt let them put their hands on my dog!

Thank you!

Recently, we adopted a puppy and within two days of taking him home, we found that he had parvo. Early in the morning, we rushed him to Greenbrier and he ended up staying with them overnight. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. They informed us of all things they planned to do and how much it would cost. They were very kind about our financial concerns. Now our puppy is happy and healthy and I'm so thankful that they were around to make him better.

They are great and super nice.

We just got back from Greenbrier and had a great experience. Our dog turned out to be fine and it was a false alarm, but they treated us like we were the most important people in the world. I have been to other emergency "vets" who were not as nice. Cant say anything about the medicine, but the service and atmosphere was great.

Finally a Choice

Confusing that they are in the same place as the old VETS, but a new choice is always good. They seemed really nice when they treated my vomiting dog, and the bill was very reasonable.
