I am an individual massage therapist working in Charlottesville, Virginia. My bodywork includes the following modalities: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Technique, Trigger Point Release, and Energywork. Before and after each session, we will assess your needs and determine an appropriate plan for your desired outcomes. The goal of my practice is to ease suffering and restore peace and balance for each individual, the community, and the Earth. I seek to accomplish this goal by healing the disconnect between our daily lives, our authentic selves, and the ways of nature. Through massage therapy and energy work, it is my pleasure to provide you with the space to slow down and connect to your core as well as offer you the opportunity to feel more alive and in touch with your natural rhythms.
