I was referred to this company by the local Sheriffs Department to get information about a friend who was in a car accident while on his way to my house and I wasn't sure about the exact location to the accident so I gave the woman the general area of where it had occurred and she proceeded to raise her voice and tell me that if I don't know the location then why am I bothering to call her. Then she rudely corrected me and said "but I'm not obligated to give you any information and probably wont" after her constant complaining I finally decided to hang up the phone. She then CALLED ME BACK to yell at me and then hang up. These people are unprofessional and have no idea what "customer service" is.

This company's website states, "We're family owned and operated, which means we treat you like one of our own." Apparently that means that they treat their family with disrespect, harassment, and a total lack of any sort of service or care. Their dispatchers are rude and obnoxious. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
