During a routine check of our two heat pumps, Adam found a problem that decreased the efficiency of one unit by 50%. He diagnosed and repaired the unit in under 10 minutes and showed me an additional thing I could do when the weather warms up to increase the efficiency of that unit even more. He was prompt, courteous, professional and dog friendly.

We called AHA for the first time to look at a cooling problem we were having and to service our three HVAC units. Our technician, Nick, arrived on time and was very professional. We were simply amazed at the level of attention that Nick gave to his job! He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and took the time to review everything he found with us. He was very organized and laid out all of our options for us. He explained how AHA's maintenance program worked and how it would benefit us and then set out to completing his work. He was very thorough and efficient and made sure that everything was "ticked and tied" behind him as he went. We were VERY impressed with AHA's knowledge, professionalism and overall customer service and look forward to using them in the future! We would highly recommend them!

I moved into a house that had a two new heat pumps install less then 1 year by Albemarle heating and air. We moved in during the summer and we quickly noticed that the upstairs unit did not work properly. I got a big bill to charge the system. Next year I had the same thing. The third year they billed me to run a new line. The fourth year I called the owner because the same thing happened. This visit was free and they did a better job, I had two year before I had to call them. This year the system is acting up again. I'm having the same issues. They are coming to my house very soon. I'm expecting to hear very bad news. Worse case I need a new system. I'm not sure who I will get to install my new systems but you can be sure it will not be AHA. Watch out for these guys. They've made a bundle from me. Don't let it happen to you too.
