Provided by YP.com1- should have hired your own attorney before hand.
2- if everyone agreed to pay their share before hand, you should not have paid the extra amount.

Provided by YP.comPer the review below - Mr Fussell has no say so in what the Seller will pay. HUD rules the day. If you want the house, you pay what HUD says to pay. It's not fair to give him a low rating because the Seller is a pain.

Provided by YP.comWhen buying a property, they represented both myself and the seller (HUD). We agreed beforehand that I would pay a prorated amount for the HOA dues based on the closing date since we did not know when this would be. We all signed the contract, I paid the prorated amount of $131.25 (May 8th -31st) and the seller was supposed to pay $39 (May 1st-7th). The seller (HUD) did not pay their amount and now Dale Fussel Attorney wants me to pay for it. I guess it is easier to go after an individual than HUD. I will pay for it to avoid problems with the HOA.
