I called on Valentine`s Day to ask about funeral flowers I got answer :"We are very ,very busy it is a Valentine Day today and I don't think we can make that for you".
Do you think that I don't know what day is today ?I lost somebody I love and I got this respond from you.Do not answer the phone if you can not be prepared for any situation even if its a Holiday for you it was the worst one for me.
