POOR ATTITUDE....EXTREME INCOMPETENCE... SPENT 54 DOLLARS FOR 2ND DAY DELIVERY BUT ENDED UP HAVING TO PICK PACKAGE UP MYSELF ON DAY 4.....SAD.. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL RELAY MY EXPERIENCE TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE..

These people are very unprofessional. I am waiting for a package that is well overdue. I have called to track my package several times, only to be told it would be delivered the following day. I have even talked to the corporate office. My advice is don't use this company. THey should call you if a problem arises.
