They are horrible. They ruined a shirt. I got it back with melted plastic and when confronted they said they didn't do it. Wierd since it was picked up the night before and when I took it off the hanger the next day it was ruined. Owner never called me when asked. Dryel works better than this place. Terrible. Don't use them.

I give Alpine Cleaners no stars. Would give them negative stars if that were an option. Took in 4 placemats and 4 linens. They ruined 2 placemats and 1 linen and basically told me "too bad, no refund". Was told the Manager would call me the next day and of course that never happened. I have called 3 times and finally given up. Horrific customer service. I was shocked at the response and the lack of concern that my items were ruined. I suggested I purchase replacements and give them the receipt and was told they don't do that. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never use them again.
