Abortion Pill and other No Surgery options Our abortion clinics offer early pregnancy termination with the abortion pill. The medical abortion is recommended to women who are in their early stages of pregnancy. Some women who are 9 weeks or less find this a good alternative to the surgical procedure. Surgical Abortion Surgical abortion with gentle dilation and suction is available as early as the 5th week of pregnancy and up to the 20th week in our NC offices. A variety of sedative and anesthesia techniques are used to minimize any discomfort during the surgical abortion.
