Do not go near Commonwealth Care Alliance. Their sales people lie to get you to sign up. Their dental coverage is a complete fabrication. They tell you they have a contract with Boston Medical Center and you can see any doctor there. Again another fabrication. Their are certain hospitals that will not do business with them. Some of these hospitals have specialties that senior citizens need. if you look at Glassdoor on Google, their former employees throw them under the bus. If you want to write them an email, they have no email address. I have gone to United Health Care For Seniors. This company will not lie to you and will do anything to help senior citizens. My teeth were a mess being 73 years old. Without blinking an eye, United Health Care took care of my teeth and I can smile and now look great. The only reason I gave Commonwealth Care Alliance one star is because you have to select a star to give a review.
