Unprofessional. Called ahead and asked if they do walk ins for a 1 year old, "yes". Sat there for over 45 mins with my son and when the lady with blue hair finished she went into the back and never came back out. Then the remaining 2 stylists finished at the same time. When I asked if my son could get his hair cut she said we close in 5 mins and I have to clean my station.... (DO WHAT!?) I sat in there and not ONE person said "hello, can I help you, welcome to Regis, nothing"... I am amazed at the unprofessionalism and how they are still in business? Will never return. Thanks for wasting my time ladies.
