I am curently living in his unit! I wish to god i never moved in it. Frist of all he lied about the utilities turnd out you had to pay for everything. Second of all he is a slumlord he never answers his phones when you need to get intouch with him. The ceiling is falling in nothing works its so under matinees!!! He is very crooked he will tell you things then go back on them then take you to court! He rents to thievish and crack heads. Not a place you wont to live!!! Please keep in mind all im saying before you move into his apartments. Expecaily 125 tremont st!! I have never ever had such a bad landlord like him in my life. City really needs to come and take it.
