He is such a pleasure to work with; he is personable, reliable, honest, and committed to his clients. Toby was assertive in obtaining an excellent tenant for me, and he has kept her happy during her stay in my property. When a problem arose (an appliance needed to be repaired), Toby notified me right away and then took care of the issue immediately. He is very well connected in the community and knows whom to call for anything that needs to be done. My advice is that you don't hesitate, but leap at this opportunity to hire an excellent property manager in the Charleston area!
