GEM carpentry roofed my house and installed replacement windows in my basement. I had to call them back out to remove small debris and nails left on the ground around my house. Not a big deal but the second problem was much worse. I noticed months later the ceiling got wet in the back porch so I ripped the ceiling down and the next rain proved we definitely have a leaking roof. We called and he came out and worked on the roof several times and because we called every time it rained and told him it still leaks. He even offered to put a ceiling back in the porch when the leak is fixed. The last time we talked I explained this isn't working we need to tear off the porch and reroof it. GEM never came back so I am stuck with a leaking porch ! Would not recommend this contractor !!!
