Great office. Friendly staff. I suffered for over a year with back pain. Feel 100% better after treatment!

Very Poor and very unprofessional. I visited this chiropractic office one time and explained to them that I could only accept treatment if they accepted my insurance ($20 co-pay). I was told they would accept my insurance but are now billing me $300 for one adjustment and one visit to their office! Completely ridiculous!! Highly advise you to not get treatment here!

I am not going away. I received another copy of the same thing. I will work with Medicare acct. I want you to treat me fairly. You told me at two different times that you could fix the tingling in my leg. You did not - you have made it worse. I am in constant pain. I think what would be fair is to refund my money so that I can pay someone else to help me. I do hope what has been done and be successfully undone and that I am not to be this way the rest of my life.

The care and attention given by the entire staff is amazing. Each person I delt with was very personable and friendly, from the office manager Jen to the massage therapist Ken were all great. Dr. Adamson the chiropractor was especially great, she talked me through how chiropractic works, gave me an initial exam and explained her findings, and has been great since day one in helping my back and neck feel much better as well as an old sports injury to my ankle that now I am able to run more comfortably. I can not recommend HealthSource of Chapin enough and their team. Thank you guys so much!
