Life is constantly presenting us with situations we would rather avoid. But, life transitions are unavoidable. Challenges such as: growing up dealing with limitations and disappointments navigating the hurdles of mental and physical illness the sadness that comes with letting go of others - either by death, divorce, or the end of a relationship or friendship ...are confusing for anyone. By being willing to try new approaches to problems and examine your beliefs about life — by studying how these beliefs impact what you expect from life —  you can learn how to enjoy your life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand your past. Understanding can help you be certain that YOUR PAST DOES NOT DETERMINE YOUR FUTURE.
