Animated Communications, located in Chapel Hill, N.C., develops Windows-based software programs to create animations with existing photographs. Its suite of software programs supply a large library of three-dimensional characters, each of which has an extensive list of English commands to move every part of their bodies. The software also allows photos to be attached to the heads of several of the characters and files to be imprted as backgrounds or objects in the scene. Its 3d Chor VES program can be used to create student projects, presentations, video email cards or special announcements.
