The people who work here are very friendly and always willing to help in a money crunch.. if you have 100% pick up they increase you borrowing money just be kind in return and they will trat you good

There is a woman by the name of Gwen that works in this establishment and she is a thief! At another EZ Pawn location where she worked, she took my items out of pawn before the due date and stole some of my movies. She has a habit of downgrading other employees in front of customers and is very rude and obnoxious. If you have something in this pawn shop, my advice is to watch your items like a hawk. I paid on this particular pawn for three months before I went to redeem it and realized that my items were missing. Upon investigation by the then manager, facts unfolded that placed the blame on her. Another employee that she split the movies with busted her. A few weeks later I was at a movie trading company and saw her come in with bags and bags of movies that she sold to them. After she left, I went over to the employee that she sold them to and asked if I could go through them and explained the situation. Lo and behold, some of my movies were in there, marked with my initials in my hand writing. I have not seen her at an EZ Pawn location until a few months ago at this one. She is sneaky, dirty, and underhanded; a born lying thief. If you value your items, please keep a careful eye on them if you wish to keep them. Take them to another location. I worked with her before the EZ Pawn incident and already knew how dirty she was. She cheated this company as well. She stole time, took money from guests, and did not do her job correctly. I don't completely understand why she is still in their employ, but the public should be warned.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SOME OF THE MOST RACIST PEOPLE I'VE EVER MET. I GUESS A MEXICAN CANNOT OWN A GUITAR WITHOUT BEING STEROTYPED. THEY ASKED FOR A RECEIPT TO PROVE IT WASN'T STOLEN I SUPPOSE BUT WHEN I PROVIDE A RECEIPT, IT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! THEY SHOULD BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT THEY WANTED AS PROOF. TELL ME ABOUT LAWS AND CODES WHEN I TOOK THE SAME GUITAR AND RECIEPT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS..
