Provided by YP.comTried to get pizza before Bears game tonight. I made mistake of mentioning PAN type to the cashier, but then I immediately said well I really want the hand tossed whatever you call that. Then double sausage and green pepper. Paid $23.17 right away and waited for pizza. They said it would be 30min, after 30 minutes I said shouldn't it be done? Then the pizza guy says well that PAN pizza is SO THICK it takes extra time to bake.... I SAID NO I NEVER WANTED that! Got so upset I walked out immediately without any pizza. They got to eat my pizza. They or the cashier should clarify that PAN pizza = DEEP DISH pizza. The also told the cashier no i wanted the hand tossed what ever you call that. That should have cancelled out the thought that they thought and charged me for a PAN pizza. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will NEVER go there again. They got to eat the pizza I paid for in the end.
