Haven't done business with them or not in a long time at least, but wanted to try to get a certain shirt they supposedly have an acquaintance of mine either flat out lied about them having although she managed to get one who knows where, OR they are poorly stocked, don't carry it right now, etc. Still searching for that specific shirt and could have even sworn I saw it at one point on eBay and didn't opt to get it when I first saw it. My own damn fault. Whatever.

Really bad customer service. I ordered a couple shirts from them. One was about two sizes too small. Customer Service was extremely rude when I tried explaining the shirt was unwearable.



The other shirt has been on back order for the past five months. That should not be acceptable for any reputable business.

Don't rely on any of the information that the website provides. I'm exagerrating but to be brutally honest, they maybe have 90% of their items on backorder. The whole idea of the company is to have you place an order, wait for months to receive it (which you wont), call and complain (to their 10 year old customer service reps who don't get paid enough to give a crap), and be ripped off of your original shipping charge which won't be refunded. Through these small transactions of 8$, the company survives. The manager is never there. I have received their catalogues all throughout my high school years way back when and it's sad to see things turn out soo poorly for this company. Worse yet, they comment on online reviews with cocky remarks and insults. How is that going to help the company at all? Sad. Unprofessional. Need proof? Check out all of the claims on the Better Business Bureau website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I come from a large family of metal heads, and when work permits sometimes I help my mother with the internet shopping as she is older and its hard for her. Last year I ordered about 8 shirts. About 2 weeks later I get a notice that more than half of the shirts were backordered. Well as time goes on we never receive the shirts, I figured they would just re credit the card which most all companies do. This was not the case however, they never recredited the card they give you in house credit with them when backordered items fail to ship (which apparently is 90% of the time). They never informed me I wouldnt get my refund or my items, or even that I had in store credit to use with them! When I called the sales reps (both of them bc I had had enough of one I had to switch, jeez) were so incredibly rude and almost laughing at the fact that I bought merchandise from their horribly skewed website. This business relies on false advertising, they trick you into ordering a shirt you want (more than 50% of then Items on the site ARE NOT AVAILABLE.) Then once they have YOUR MONEY they will not refund, they FORCE you to use store credit on other items (Not the items you want because those items are permanently back ordered or out of stock!) Not to mention they dont even tell you that an item will or could be back ordered when you purchase it! Then they dont inform you when it gets cancelled all together and you have in store credit. Finally, even if you do somehow from divine intervention receive the order you actually wanted, and they had it in stock, you will have to wait an absurd amount to receive it, something like 2-5 weeks later than a normal shipment! Terrible trickster company, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

FALSELY ADVERTISES MERCHANDISE

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER, SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY!!

The shirt I received is not the shirt I ordered. I ordered a mans size small as pictured on the image Rockabilia provided and I received a womans style shirt. The image they provided showed a typical mens shirt with a small opening crew neck with about a 1" wide hem (not a wide opening neck with a feminine 1/2" hem with enough space to wear a necklace hanging down) Also the sleeves shown in the image were a typical mens t-shirt sleeve (NOT feminine tiny cap style sleeves that are super tight around my skinny 135 lb, 5' 8" son) Also their image shows the "Opeth" image to be about 1" below the collar (not 4" down the middle of the shirt and towards the right a bit. When my son put this shirt on it looked like he was wearing his sisters shirt. I emailed customer service and didn't hear back so I called their number 1(952) 556-1121 and talked to Shannon who said she was the supervisor. She was rude and kept repeating that it wasn't a girls shirt, it wasn't their fault and it was just my opinion. She said if I wanted a refund I would have to return the shirt with my own money and when they receive it they would only refund me for the shirt, not the overpriced shipping that they charged me of $8.00 for a $1 stamp that it cost them to ship. I should not have to spend any money to return something that was wrong to no fault of my own. She refused and told me she was ending the call and she hung up the phone on me. They have very poor customer service. They emailed me back saying that the shirt was an import and that they have no control over the style. I ordered this shirt on Amazon.com and Rockabilia was the merchant. I have never had a problem like this that I had to file with the BBB. This business falsely advertises their merchandise and the customer is stuck and out money. I want a full refund with a return label so I can return their shirt on their dime, not mine since I ordered a mens small and rcvd a womens shirt.
