I chose this place because it was decently close to my home. First visit was very unorganized and front staff was rude. Second visit I received a phone call four days before my appointment saying I missed mine and will result In a 75$ fee, I have appointment card right in front go me saying my appointment is this Wednesday , okay she says make sure you bring proof and I'll waive your fee. Get there wed, waive my fee, fine. Accuse me of not paying my bill when I did. Get into my appointment and doctor asks did you get your ultrasound? .... No. No one mentioned I go anywhere for an ultrasound. Doctor rushes me out to get downstairs for an ultrasound, btw 2nd visit and my first baby, doctor still hasn't left time for any questions. The lady at ultrasound was my favorite part of visit, in which agreed how unorganized the upstairs was. Third visit, they wouldn't take me because I didn't pay my bill. I have been paying bills but apparently not theirs because I not once received one!!! Three strikes, your out! Sorry I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing experience. I wish someone in charge would care enough to hear about all of these bad reviews. Sad, anywhere else is better!

Horrible customer service experience!!!



My mom has been having medical issues, and was very worried about it. The people at the front office did not show compassion, empathy, or even good customer service skills, initially on the first phone interview she was told she was going to be charged 55 dollars, but in reality she is being charged 85$. When we called to clarify this, they basically told us that we shouldn't have been charged 55 in the first place. There is absolutely no good communication between the staff. In addition, the doctor visit took only 10 minutes and my mom was left with many unanswered questions. Also, the medication the doctor prescribed has not done absolutely nothing for her. She only gets the side effects but her condition is the same. Horrible experience, go somewhere else, avoid Today's Women's Health Specialists!!!!
