I went in to get my nails done yesterday and was very disappointed in how the tech was not prepared...it took her almost 10 minutes to find her tools but I thought OK, give it a chance. I asked for a fill with rounded edges...to my dismay, they were pointed...I left as I had other things to do that day. I went back today to have the manager look at them and the tech attempted to fix them...major attitude from her...needless to say I won't be back..obviously they don't need my business....my nails look like an amateur has done them and now I will have to pay to have them redone...it would have been nice had they offered to redo the set instead of just trying to file the points off....so now I have short half pointed nails....what a waste of 35 dollars plus a nice tip..........i will not be back and will tell my friends of the bad service that was given..............
