I paid top dollar for baseball bags that were supposed to be high quality. After half a season of normal use, they ripped apart.

I sent them back and now can not get any response from Gear Guard.

Considering legal action.

Our club ball team bought 7 of...

Our club ball team bought 7 of the No Errors catchers bags last year and we had several with broken zippers within a couple of weeks. Now that my son's bag is a year old the wheel has literally disintegrated and have left a few messages with Gear Guard and nobody will call me back. I definitely wouldn't recommend Gear Guard or their products.

Don't Make This Error

Terrible customer service and even worse product. Don't make the error of buying the NO/E bat bags.We purchased 12 bags for our travel team and 6 had to be returned to Arizona, shipping on us. Once we rcvd the next 6, 1 of those again had to be returned. These are the worst bags we have ever seen in 3 yrs of Travel Ball and 6yrs of LL. Not just one zipper per bag had problems but almost ever zipper on the bag was bad right out of the package.
