We visited the showroom and receptionist told us salesperson was on the phone. We waited 25 minutes for a salesperson to assist us. We observed two gentlemen walking in the hallway and one standing at an office door talking. Finally we met a salesperson who gave us a Jeld-Wen book and told us to select a door and call him. Two days later we called and were told by the receptionist that he was on the phone and would return our call in a few minutes. Two days later no call. I made a second attempt to talk to salesperson. Same excuse and no return call.
We purchased the same door at another company and received excellent service. Door Mill lost a sale of a $6,000 door!

we worked with and ordered our doors thru door mill. In the end the doors were less than satisfactory. We had to incure costs to repair doors prior to staining due to door mills lack of detail and desire to deliver what was promised.
RUN AWAY We went to the door mill and asked to make it right. ONCE they have your money return calls are NOT. RUN AWAY
I am an interior designer 23 years in the local area with my business. I will not recommend this company to any friends or clients. We were so very dissapointed with their end product and response to a problem prior to staining. There was 0 attempt on their part to help make it correct.

Getting a call back or product pricing is like pulling teeth. Owners obviously could care less about their clients, as this lack of customer care is becoming standard operating procedure. Sales Rep. apparently to busy to return a phone call or email. It's not worth the frustration, choose another door company to work with.
