I first took 2 comforters and 1 quilt into this dry cleaner about a week ago. First thing right off I wished I hadn't set foot in the door...an employee there is highly allergic to cats. They made me feel so guilty. I have 5 indoor cats, a colony of 3 feral outdoor cats, all but one are rescues. They quickly bagged the items and then went outside to use a lint remover on the person who bagged everything. I paid what I thought was high-but-fair amount upfront for the cleaning. When I picked up the items today (I do have to say they were quick, wonder why) and was charged an extra $15.00 because of the cat hair. Excuse me, but this is a CLEANER! First and last time for me. Granted, there was a lot of cat hair, dog hair too, but I will be going back to my former cleaners, who have never complained a bit in 4 years.
