I just read, the last review, and I am qiute surprised when someone can not notice when a place is being remodeled!! The owner has been working very hard to upgrade the enviorment for all the dogs that come to her shop. I know the owner she loves all the animals and would NEVER put them in any danger. The shop is finished being painted and it looks great! I bring my dogs to this shop because the owner is nice to my babies and does agreat job on their hair.

I brought my dog in to look at the facility as a possible day care provider. I knew the moment I walked in that I wouldn't be coming back. The woman there was nice, but the facility was down right dangerous. There were open paint cans, exposed outlets, exposed insulation, dead plants, and all of this was IN THE PLAY AREA! I only stayed to be polite, but don't take your pets here if you care about them.

I frequently take my westie to wishbones and I always leave satisfied, the service was very good, and I always trust leaving my dog there. I would seriously recommend this business to all proud dog owners.

I have a shitzu and a springer and i love taking my dogs to wishbone's the owner is very personable and does a terrific job on my dogs. Great enviroment!!

We boarded our 10-year old toy yorkie at Wishbone's for the first time earlier this month. Our dog, Emma, was treated to daily positive interaction with Wishbone staff as well as other dogs who were enjoying grooming services. Nancy at Wishbone took extra measures to ensure Emma enjoyed her stay. She took note of Emma's daily schedule and even set up her kennel with her favorite blanket. Most importantly, Emma suffers from seizures and requires medication twice daily; Nancy took perfect care of our Emma so she came home to us feeling great. We were so happy with the experience, we booked Emma's second stay at Wishbone's the same day we picked her up from the first.

Don't be fooled by the outside! Outside looks a little run down but the owner always does a great job and geniunely loves the dogs. I really like that this is a small location and my dogs get the attention they deserve in a stress free, safe environment. The cuts they get are great too.

I take my dog to wishbones and love the service I receive there. the owner is very pleasant and treats my dog with love and care. One of the things I like about this shop is the dogs are not caged when they are brought in , she has a large space that is their "playpen " and they wait to be groomed on a sofa or chaise lounge. My dog seems to be more relaxed , and doesn't seem to get as nervous as she used to going to other locations .. I highly recommend wishbones

Anyone that gets their dog groomed and lives in the Champlin area... DO NOT use Wishbone's formerly Mud Puppies... I took my dog there yesterday (2/4/11) and my dog not only ended up there for 4 hours past the time I made her appt. but her hair was cut uneven and very short.. with bald spots on her rear and leg's and the top of her head is so uneven. She also came home so thirsty and then was shaking and peed in my lap... she has never displayed any of that kind of behavior before. She was very traumatized by her visit there. I went back to speak with Nancy the owner this morning. She said that she rushed the cut since it was so late and that she would not refund my money. When I told her that she did not have very nice costumer service she told me that I was a freak about my dog. I will would not take my dog or any dog to her service.
