Tish contacted us when, after we got married, we began searching for a home on Zillow. She was polite and enthusiastic and made us feel very comfortable about the process right from the start. What I appreciated most was her determination to find us a house that suited us, in terms of cost as well as our needs, without pressuring us to “settle”. We looked at a lot of homes and didn’t see any we wanted to make offers on for many months; but she remained very patient with us, despite our “impossible” standards. Finally, she found us a great place that we’ve been very happy with and helped us negotiate a fairly difficult financing process. And after all this, Tish also made sure to follow up with us to make sure the closing went well and that everything was ok. We couldn’t be more satisfied with Tish Evans as our realtor and we’d definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Champaign-Urbana area.
