The sublet process was confusing at first, but I the lady in the office explained it until I finally got it!! Now my apartment is sublet, and I feel better knowing that someone is taking care of my apartment while I am abroad. The office staff was very patient and helpful!!

I live in one of the apartments right now. Moved in August 2017. It was an easy process. I just renewed my lease for next year. I would refer others to this company based on their willingness to help me with the process.

I lived in one of the properties this company manages for two years. Not a single complaint. Maintenance was always right on it and the office people were helpful. I got upgraded appliances and didn't even ask for them! I would rent again!

This company does not work at all at making a real home for their tenants. If you need to make any changes in your living situation, or need to be even one day late with rent, they don't care. They are totally inflexible, and instead of making a simple phone call, they pound on your door with written notices with big threatening letters. Conversely, they do little or no regular maintenance. I personally dread having to go into their offices to talk about ANYTHING, as their staff is immediately confrontational and condescending. I am over 30, and this is by far the worst landlord I have lived under. They are completely out of touch with what makes a healthy tenant/landlord (a.k.a. provider/customer) relationship.
