Awful Customer Service, manager is a rude woman and have witnessed employees smoking drugs in trucks before and during work

Prairieview Landscaping Co. and myself have come to an agreement and I would not dissuade anyone from using their services in the future.

Having never hired a landscaping company before, my wife arranged for them to give us an estimate for landscaping our yard. We made it clear throughout our conversations with them that price was the key issue for any work.The company then created a completely over-the-top design for our yard, ignoring our input. No price was included with the design. A representative said he was willing to supply us with a price, but never did.Since the company showed no interest in giving us a price (the sole reason we contacted them), we showed no interest in hiring them.Months later, this company sent us an invoice for $200 for their design. We reiterated again our desire for a simple price tag on their services, but they informed us that we'd have to pay the $200 before they'd supply an estimate.It's hard to believe a company would fail to fulfill the simple request of a giving a price with their "estimate."

I had Prairieview come out to give me an estimate and was very impressed with the promt proffesional service I recieved from Tom. The plan that he gave me was just what I needed. I would recomend them to anyone needing landscaping.
