Small town rip off. avoid

Small town rip off, avoid.I'm landlord by mistake of economy. Bought house in 2007, my company closed Champaign office. I had to relocate. Instead of doing foreclosure I rented house. Renters turned to be crooks and stopped paying rent and rejected  to move out of my property.I contacted Ellen Beattie for legal advise to evict them. She charged me $270 for 5day notice (which can be found on google search) and another couple of 100's for emails. Then she stopped to reply to emails.Shame.
