We love how clean and well run the outdoor pool is. The pool is not crowded and lifeguards do a good job.

Not big on talking negative about a place, but I will say that I have most definitely had better experiences elsewhere.

This place will raise your dues although its contrary to what your contract says.

You can call the single customer service rep "Amanda" but even if you call 5 days in a row you will not get a return call.

Criminal and Amanda you are terrible at your job servicing the customer

Place is the biggiest joke ever I really don't know how there still in business I went there recently and presented them with my name they claim they could not find me at all so instead of letting me in and telling me we could sort this out the following day they said I had to leave I can't stress how poor of customer service skills that is I quit that place so fast the staff is horrible there join any other club but them can't tell you how much they are a 0 out of 10 !!!

Joining this gym was a huge mistake. The classes were so crowded I felt I couldn't move, the equipment for classes was falling apart, everyone seemed to have the Attitude, and it was difficult to cancel my membership when the year was up--given a total run around. Not a user friendly experience in the least.
